Brook Bakery website redesign in Sheffield.
A contract bakery needs to show commercial buyers what it brings to the table. Brook Bakery’s previous website wasn’t doing that job. The Brook Bakery website redesign gave us a clear brief: sharpen the presentation and put the right audience at the centre of it.
The
Challenge
We also designed a digital brochure, giving the business a consistent way to present its products. Two important pieces of marketing, with proper thought behind both. The standard of the presentation needed to match the business behind it. That’s a brief we take seriously.
The brief. Make the business come through.
Brook Bakery wanted to refresh a website that felt dated and targeted the wrong audience. We began by discussing the customers it wanted to attract. That understanding shaped the design.
A website should help the right people recognise that they’re in the right place. For this project, that meant keeping commercial buyers at the centre of the decisions.
Our
Approach
Brochure design with the products centre stage
Product imagery was central to the brochure brief. We agreed the content and flow, developed a mockup and worked through approval before completing the design.
The presentation needed to carry its weight. Good photography deserves space, and the information alongside it needs to give buyers something useful. We wanted the brochure to feel considered from the opening page through to the last.
Brook Bakery website redesign, built around the buyer
We used Brook Bakery’s branding and supplied content to develop the initial homepage. Once approved, we built the remaining pages and incorporated feedback.
That first approval established the direction, giving the rest of the website a consistent design to follow.
Checks covered responsive layouts, navigation, CMS functionality and SEO foundations before launch. We care about those details because the finished website carries our name too.
Looking beyond launch
We reviewed marketing and support requirements, recommending ongoing SEO and help with future website changes.
Those were recommendations following the build. The delivered project was the website redesign and digital brochure.
The
Results
The finished work
Brook Bakery received a refreshed website and brochure to support its presentation to prospective customers. Two pieces of work with the same business and buyer in mind.
We’re proud of the work, and the customer’s feedback speaks for itself.
Your website should know who it’s talking to.
